Ross worked in several clinics across Melbourne before establishing his own practice in Mitcham. A keen sportsman himself, Ross works with elite golfers and soccer players having a particular interest in low back pain, related hip dysfunction and the assessment of pelvic biomechanics. In addition to Ross’ structural approach he is a qualified dry needling practitioner, using this as a conjunctive therapy.

Sarah has been in the massage industry for 16 years after completing a Human Movement degree in which she developed an interest in health and fitness. Since starting in the industry Sarah has gone on to complete a Diploma of Health Science (Remedial Massage) an Advanced Diploma in Remedial Massage (Myotherapy) and a Masters in Human Nutrition. Sarah has a keen interest in helping people function at their best and works with those who suffer with postural dysfunction, injuries and stress related issues.
